Samsung’s Galaxy S9 and S9 plus are obviously one of the much-awaited smartphones of 2k18. Recent rumors are saying that Samsung will show off their flagships at Mobile World Congress 2k18 which is in February. Many exciting pieces of information are leaked yet months before the release. As we all are eagerly waiting for the release we can go through some of the rumors leaked.

Built

The built of S9 and the plus will look exactly like its predecessors (S8 and S8 plus) although after receiving bad feedbacks the fingerprint sensor will be shifted to the center of the back just below the camera. The phones will have the same kind of design, aesthetics, phone factor and buttons including the Bixby one.

Hardware

It will be no surprise to know that the device will be powered by the new Snapdragon 845 in the US and by Exynos 9810 in the rest of the world. New leaked Geenkbench scores are telling that there will be a pretty substantial increase in performance for Snapdragon 845.As the previous versions, S9 is expected to come with 4GB and S9 Plus will have 6GB RAM. Both will have an internal storage of 64GB which can be expandable with a micro SD. It is glad to hear that they will keep the 3.5mm headphone jack although the other companies like Apple are trying to kill them.

Camera

According to Qualcomm, Snapdragon 845 can record 4k @60fps and it can also do 720p slow motions 480 fps which’s super cool right!
Finally, we are going to get Dual Camera set up at S9 plus and a single one on s9. Both cameras will be stacked vertically above the fingerprint sensor in S9 plus. Latest rumors are suggesting that Samsung is working on a new sensor which is similar to Xperia XZ1.

Rumours also tell us that it will constitute a new version of Samsung DeX(which is their PC replacement move) and upgraded Iris scanner to compete with a Face id.
